Current Projects
Voice Agent Development
I’m developing several small agents that support voice connections, focusing on practical applications like CEO voice notes, field notes from employees, and HR documentation systems. These voice agents utilize technologies including OpenAI Whisper, Eleven Labs, VAPI, and related tools. This is exploratory work for 2025 – no immediate deadlines, just building real expertise in voice AI applications.
Excited to say a client is actually testing an HR Voicenotes tool that supports driver supervisors with creating HR notes when they either praise or coach their driver teams.
My most active project is a Field App for field service workers – predominantly in shredding services industry. The concept is “if you see something, say something” but that is evolving into more including incident report and pre and post-trip inspections.
My Own Coach Portal Using Cursor and Claude Code
I’m building a web application for managing my executive coaching practice. I’m building it to consolidate my fragmented tools into a single command center, with a lightweight client portal. I’ll explain more as I get farther along, but this might be my most exciting personal project in a long time.

Done-for-you podcast launch and ongoing production for business leaders and portfolio professionals who want to show up, record, and have everything else handled. Having been creating podcasts since 2010, I keep getting asked to help others do it, so I consolidated this into a formal service that I’ve just launched this month. https://podcasts.flourishpress.com/
Learning Focus
I’m diving deep into the intersection of simple agents, N8N automation, and AI tools, all wrapped in user interfaces created through vibe coding platforms. This involves several new technical areas for me:
- Terminal mastery – Learning to use the Apple terminal effectively, moving beyond just deferring to AI tools to truly understand the underlying logic
- Along with the above, I’ve discovered Warp, a terminal AI support tool. This is blowing my mind right now.
- Markdown proficiency – Using it more effectively across my workflow
- GitHub understanding – Finally grasping how version control and collaboration work
- Process mapping with Mermaid – Complementing my existing Miro skills
- Advanced prompting – Refining how to give agents and AI tools better instructions in development environments
The goal is building a complete workflow from agent development through deployment.
Personal Priorities
Health & Longevity
At 60, I’m prioritizing building a cancer-resistant body and maintaining both my workout routine and weight management. I’m also increasing collaboration with my cardiologist, given my parents’ history of cardiovascular disease.
Family Time
With two grandkids now in my life, I want to ensure I’m dedicating meaningful time and energy to them as they grow.
Mentoring & Impact
Continuing to mentor others and find ways to truly help people in beneficial ways beyond my regular coaching practice.
