As Americas Co-Chair for the Advisory Board Centre, I bring both practitioner experience and global perspective on governance. I’ve watched advisory boards transform businesses that thought they were too small to benefit — and I’ve watched badly structured ones waste everyone’s time.

Strategic Meeting Facilitation

I come in, do pre-work interviews with each participant, and create the conditions for the real conversation. Then I facilitate it — naming what I see, holding the tension, and helping the group arrive at decisions they couldn’t reach on their own.
Post-meeting, I deliver video insights on what I observed and recommended next steps.
